Biography

Enrico Montanari is a promising Italian athlete specialized in the triple jump, born on February 21, 2001. His personal best in the specialty is 16.42 meters, a result that places him among the most interesting young talents in Italian athletics.
Montanari won the gold medal at the Italian “Promesse” Championships in Agropoli in 2023 with a measure of 16.36 meters, and the bronze at the Italian Absolute Championships in Ancona in 2024 and 2025, confirming his potential in the national scene. The athlete, trained by Ugo Taccarino, has already had the opportunity to represent Italy at the 2019 European Junior Championships and the 2023 Promesse Championships, where, by reaching the final, he demonstrated his ability to compete at the highest youth levels.
