Biography

Born 12 March 2002, Mvuyo Moss is a South African sprinter specialising in the 200m, with a personal best of 20.29 set in February 2026. A national champion, the 23-year-old has steadily built his reputation as one of the most promising half-lap specialists on the African circuit. Equally capable over 100m (PB 10.23), his versatility makes him a valuable asset both in individual events and relay squads. Currently ranked in the global top 185 in the 200m, Moss is a rising force in South African and continental sprinting.
